Some people claim that expanding the amount of sports facilities is the best method to enhance the public wellness, while other people argue that sports facilities are not the only requirement for good health, a good diet is also essential.
On the one hand, there is no doubt sports facilities motivate the people to stay healthy and physically fit. If government add more facilities like swimming pools, sports facilities, gyms, these things motivate the people to stay healthy as well as it also decreases the health issues like heart issues. For example, in many countries government do physical activities for individuals in which all the people can participate in that activities in that activities the people get some challenges like running, herdle race I think this is the great idea for keeping people healthy. One more example, like in Dubai Dubai’s government has launched a scheme for people, if people losses weight, they will receive a some gold.
On the other hand, I think sports facilities is not the only thing which helps people to stay healthy. A good diet also requires for staying healthy. If people doesn’t take a good diet, then how he can stay healthy? For example, people are doing gym, some exercise on daily routine but he don’t taking a good diet like they are eating burger, pizza, chowmein, how they can stay healthy? Fast food is very harmful for people. It promote diseases like heart attack, heart fail, rapid breathing and so many else. In many countries, a survey was conducted which found that people who eat pizza and burger suffer from most of the illness.
In conclusion, I completely disagree with this statement that increasing the number of sports facilities is best way to promote good fitness. In my opinion, it is the wastage of money because in many cities there are so many free outdoor gyms are there but people don’t use them, they feel shame to doing gym on that equipments. If people want to stay healthy, they can also do running on daily basis as well as they can also do some exercise at home.
