One reason why I agree with this view is that taking examine annually can encourage drivers to following the rules and memorizing them all time. This is because in today’s world drivers have become rude and egoist. For example, taxi drivers fight with each other on the roads or even in central areas for customers, causing traffic jams. Another benefit of exams which have to take yearly is that it is a great way to remember old rules and learn new ones. In other words, to pass the test, drivers will learn previously learned and newly created rules. For instance, last year my brother renewed her previous license. For passing he learned all rules. Consequently, now he drives car as a master and he do not break the rules anymore.
