While some individuals believe that family businesses are quite successful and work of future , others have different opinions and argue that these businesses will lead to many issues . in this essay ,I am going to analyze both views and present my own opinion.
Many people think that one of the main advantages of family-run businesses is the inherent trust and loyalty among family members. These qualities can create strong and cooperative working environment. Directors and managers who are family members will work harder and be more dedicated . The work atmosphere will be more relaxed . All the members will always work collaboratively, hand in hand ,for a common goal.
On the contrary , it is argued by some that family businesses a lot less bureaucratic . Family members can sometimes lead to conflicts and power struggles within the business. Personal disagreements can spill over into the workplace, causing disruptions and negatively impacting productivity . Family members might not have the required skills to be successful managers or directors resulting in mediocre business performance . Furthermore , not all family members will have the same aims for the company .
As a result , I believe that family-owned businesses will prosper for a long time . However , family businesses will faces some problems and then it fails .
