In recent years, mobile apps such as food delivery or ride-hailing services have become very popular. Some people think this reduces the need to learn traditional job skills, while others believe it creates new opportunities. I will discuss both views and share my opinion.
On the one hand, the use of these apps may stop people from learning skills like cooking, driving, or fixing things themselves. For example, young people today often order food through apps instead of learning how to cook at home. This may cause them to rely too much on convenience and lose interest in learning basic life skills.
On the other hand, technology has also created many new jobs and skills. For example, working as a delivery driver or online food business owner can give people income. Also, learning how to use these platforms or manage services online can be a useful modern skill in itself.
In my opinion, technology should not replace traditional skills, but instead support them. People still need to learn basic job skills, while also adapting to new technology that can help in modern life.
In conclusion, while there are concerns that apps reduce traditional skills, I believe they can also offer useful work options. A balance between both is the best way forward.
