People’s opinion differ whether or not clean water should be controled by the authorities. From my perspective, the govemment should manage the fresh water and this eassy would discuss both of views.

This is mainly because, a plethora of countries on around the world are faced with scarity fresh water. These can not use clean water for several crucial purposes such as drinking or cooking.
