It is often argued that travelling is the best way to learn about new cultures, while others believe that books and the internet are better than travelling. Although both views have their own advantages, I personally believe that travelling the world is much better than books and using the internet to learn about new cultures.
On the one hand, some people believe that travelling is the best way to learn about new cultures. This is because people can visit foreign countries, try traditional food and communicate with local people. This helps them understand different traditions and lifestyles. For example, when tourists visit South Korea, they can learn about Korean costumes and experience the local cultures. As a result, travelling can provide people with valuable experiences that they cannot get from books or the internet.
On the other hand, others argue that books and use the internet are better ways to learn about different cultures. One of the main reasons is that people can get information about different countries, traditions and lifestyles without spending money on travelling. For example, people can watch documentaries, read books and use educational websites. As a result, they can learn about other cultures from home. However, I personally believe that travelling is an effective because people can experience different cultures in real life.
In conclusion, although both views have valid arguments, I believe that travelling is a better way to learn about other cultures, because people can see and new cultures firsthand, taste traditional food, wear traditional costumes and visit historical sites firsthand.
