Learning plays an important role in shaping one’s life. Parents admit their children in schools to prepare them for the future. Before the pandemic made a mark to this world, learning was taking place in the form of in-person interaction with a teacher in a classroom. Students can gain knowledge from the teacher without any interruptions of any external things. Even if they find something difficult in the subject or something, they can directly pass on the queries to their respective teachers. Even from the point of view of the teachers, it becomes easier and comfortable for them to interpret the information to their students. They can easily guide the students by instructing them properly. Teachers can distribute the study materials to their students without any problems and even students can able to follow up their teachers in a better way. Another mode of learning which came into play was the online mode of learning. Some people believe that the online mode of learning is effective. This can be true in some cases and not true in some other cases. In online mode of learning, any student can learn from anywhere. It is not necessary for the student to come to a specific place to learn. They can attend from anywhere with their electronic devices like laptop or smart phone. Apart from the electronic device, another major requirement is the availability of the internet which plays a major role in online mode of learning. Many interruptions are caused due to fluctuations in the speed of the network which affects the flow of learning from the point of view of the student. As everyone knows, we cannot rely on internet or any technology every time. From my point of view, each mode of learning has its own advantages and disadvantages but in-person mode of learning holds an upper hand over the online mode of learning because in-person mode of learning helps an individual to develop overall. It provides them life skills and several ways to communicate with other people and also gain some valuable information which is not feasible in online mode of education. Hence it is better to learn through in-person mode of learning than online mode of learning.Question: Some people think that we learn best through in-person interaction with a teacher in a classroom.
