During the latter part of the last century, care has been revolution in claiming this female rights and that has dominated female activities in changing their roles in society. Though there are some group of masses which still claim that women should not be allowed to do work in the cops I am completely this agree with this given notion and this essay explain about mine agreement.

Mean while there are some people are still following old social norm that the women should not try to work in a defence sector as it require lot of strength, courage ,and proactiveness which they believed that women don’t have and this field is solely made for men more ever some have mind set of male dominance think like a misogynistic person wants women to be recessive than a man.
However, in my opinion women should work in a police force as female is considered to be most dedicated and a perfect for this work additionally a woman will be independent they will be strong and no need to be suppressed by anyone as government or also trying to encourage women to join defence sector and enhance their own identity and and get achievements for instance Indian government has made some reservation for female candidates in the military force and numerous number women now getting chance to solve for their nation and it is working as an inspiration for many teenage girls.
In Nutshell, there are group of people who believe that women are not have a capability to work in hard core jobs but, in today’s scenario women are putting the legs in all sectors and achiving a great success and becoming self dependent and this all because of government encouragement.
