In my point of view, it could demonstrate an effective outcome for the country whether adults take positions in government jobs along with it perhaps depicts little problems eventually.

Some can’t take risks and drives the country in a position that it is difficult to replace, earlier situation. In instance, Nepal used to offer young to join military and other jobs and it put them in great dilemma that lack of experience on militant wrote some wrong information which made them suffer a lot.
