The question of whether younger people should take significant positions in government has garnered enormous debate.Some believe that younger generation is better suited to those vocation while others argue that taking on those positions by younger people is a disaster.From my perspective,the disadvantages of holding important positions by younger people is far outweigh the advantages.
on the one hand, the problems accompanied with the developing in modern society could be settled properly if young people work on important positions.As growing up with new technologies and improvement of surroundings,younger people is more likely to make policies and solutions which fit those challenges.For instance, fraud on phones and mails are increasingly escalating,it is easier for them to make useful and effective ways to settle and precaution it.
On the other hand, misestimating their abilities and extreme confidence could lead to make mistakes when young people take on these positions. Because these positions which usually require experience and practical knowledge instead of theory which they have only obtained in school.For instance in traffic department,they might provide some unempirical ideas in theory which could induce more problems instead of improve them.
Personally,I strongly believe that younger generation should not in crucial vocation in government since so normally make mistakes due to lack of empirical experience.Although they might do well in some particular areas,other older workers in government with experience can do as well as them after being accustomed to these areas.
