some folks belive that schools don’t teach enough to youngsters about health. I partially agree with this view because, although school provbides some basic health esducation, they could do more to prepare students for a healthy lifestyles.
On the one hand, schools already play an important role in influencing healthy lifestyles. Physical education classes are included in their schedule, for example, encourage students to do some exercies regularly and make them understand about the importance of physical fitness. In addition, school are conducting different sorts of extra curricular activites for the student which directly promote the fitness of the students, -such as running competition( marathon, relay race and so on…), kabaddi and many more. These types of games help pupils to maintain a good health. Therefore it would be unfair to say that schools completely neglect health education.
On the other hand, I think schools could do more when it comes to helath education. Students may learn about physical health, but they do not always get enough guidance on things like managing stress, getting good sleep, maintaining good mental health, and eating properly. These issues are important because many young people now spend a lot of time sitting and choose unhealthy food. Schools could help by teachinh students simple and practical way to eat well, deal with stress, exercise daily, and maintain a healthy routine in their lives. Therefore, this could help them to develop a healthier lives and habits so that they can carry and include it in their entire lives.
To conclude this, I partially agree on the statement, although school provides a basic health information, when the topic comes about health I do belive that schools can do more on this so that people in the future would be more concious and cutious anout it and avoid reckless on the health. Ultimately, they could live a healthier lives ever.
