This is one of the common opinion that suggest to cut off the humaniterian expanses outside of the country and to use that credit for less fortune people within the homeland, unemployed, addict and homeless people for instance.
Peronally, I am not against this idea to that while the international expanses are required, though, there are certain aspect that I assume crucial to be able to make the mind on this matter;
to begin with, I strongly belive that every individual on this planet has a responsibility toward one other and as a human we should not neglect another human pain, regardless of geographical distance and political view. However the wellbeing and wellfare of the citizens specially unemployed and homelesses in each country is of great importance and this consideraation most be taken into account in budget planning, prior than international aid.
As a matter of a fact government most see the challenges of its own disadvantaged people superier than international aid and spend on providing facilities for those who in need within the country or to come up with a solution in order to help underprivilaged citizens.
Although some might still find this opinion invalid and false, on the basis of my knowledge I do belive that we have to help the less fortuned people all over the world in order to compile our humaniterian responsibility; however this action most be accomplished with the consideration of on going domestic challanges, unemployment rate, prices of human necessities and the wellfare grade of citizens in need.
