Medical management and education are two key aspects whereas some people believe that those should be provided by the governments, while others think it is beyond their obligations. While certain people stand with personal liability of these two aspects, this essay claims that the country should be involved in this case.
On the one hand, health care and education are the part of human rights which should be equal for all citizens. In other words, the governments as liaison units of the state have an obligation to guarantee. Moreover, the more healthy and well-educated the society in a country, the easier it is to develop the country. Finally, the whole of society should not be worried about paying for health care and school for either upper or lower class. For instance, Germany is a developed country that offers free education and medical management, hence the society in this country is very prosperous.
On the other hand, a country has its own authority and budget constraints which have been agreed upon. More exactly, the governments have a responsibility for many aspects, not only health and education issues but also in economic areas. If all funds are allocated for two sectors which cost a lot of money, other sectors will not get a distribution. More importantly, a person takes full responsibility for their own health and education, so they cannot rely on the government.
In my opinion, free education and health care should be adjusted according to the country’s condition. Therefore, the government with lots of funds can provide it, but it is not applicable for poor countries which have many loans.
In conclusion, outside the debate about whether health care and education are free or not. However, I believe that it depends on the economic condition and decision of all parties.
