In this modern world, few individuals believe that work from home will diminish the economical and cultural values. Some of others says, it will be essential for countryside people. Both views are valid but I firmly believe that remote work will be profound for those who lives far from city. This essay will examine both statement and my view with relevant example.

On the on side, city citizens are worried about the future of urban areas because of remotely job because it give opportunity to those people who live far aay from suburbs and they will face unemployement crises and its directly decreases the economical value of cities. Moreover, tele-communicating diminish the cultural heritage face to face meetings can boost up the communicating skills, critical thinking and confidence level these factors are the substaintial part of our culture. Therefore, if employees will do work from their comfort zone it will create negative impact on country propsperity.

On the other side some critics say that tele-work plays crucial part on those people lifes who are capable and glarious because of large distance and living expenses of urban areas they cannot perform their best for their family and country progress due to these factors they left behind in the race of this fast-paced technology world. For intance, lauterbrunnen is the village of switzerland and it is accounted as a top most richest area in the world because mostly employees do online jobs they are connecting with the large organizations in the cities and earn highly from their comfort zone.

To conclude, as we know about the cons of the remote job as it can decline the economical and cultural values but we cannot overlooked the benefits of online work. It can create equality among urban and rural residential also it can give chance those people who are truely able to do best for their country.
