Some individuals think that being a good member of society must be taught in schools, while others trust that schools or colleges should only teach academic subjects. I believe both of these can be learned in educational places.
On the one hand, in my opinion, parents must be held responsible for their kids’ actions and make them behave appropriately in our society as teachers are responsible for teaching them fundamental subjects such as math or English. Moreover, some parents prefer to hire nannies in order to have well-behaved children.
On the other hand, the burden of teaching how to be responsible for their actions or any other personality trait that is related to the student’s behavior might be too much to handle for educators but by teaching them valuable life lessons or giving them significant advice about their future would make the student a better individual for our society. Moreover, it has been proven that scholars are prone to listen to their instructors more and take them seriously rather than their parents.
In contrast, focusing more on academic subjects is essential for the scholar’s future and can help them with their job situations and financial resources as well. Additionally, informal conversations should not be made in classrooms in order to learn properly.
To sum up, every parent must be held accountable for their own kid’s behavior and must make them better members of our community, while teachers might give advice and mainly take academic subjects more seriously.
