It is sometimes argued that specialized workers such as doctors, nurses and teachers have a remarkable influence on human life. Hence, they should be offered higher income than sports and amusement individuals. From my perspective, I strongly disagree with this assertion.
It is understandable why some believe that some advocate for higher salaries for specialist jobs than sports and entertainment occupations.The primary reason for this is that professional people undergo the reseach and dedication process over many years. Besides, they invest substantial amounts of money to achieve their university degrees. Therefore, their entire efforts were totally worthy to receive a high wage, since they amass valuable experience and knowledge that contributes to their societies. However, this view is not sound as it seem. In fact, all professions hold importance and individuals have a right to choose various jobs based on personal interests rather than financial incentives. For instance, doctors are with an objective to treat people and the teachers take responsible for shaping young minds. In sports and entertainment domains, similarly, sportsman, singers or dancers who contributed to human’s spiritual life by their talents and endeavours.
In addition, I am strongly convinced that skilled employees like doctors, nurses, and teachers should be paid the same wage as sports and entertainment personalities. Although workers with extensive training have a profound effect on the world, individuals in sports and entertainment cater to the public’s entertainment needs. Consequently, various fans paid a big money to take part in concerts, football matches and programs of celebrities. This is the key to develop the country’s economy.
In conclusion, there are sufficient grounds to reject the view that paying salaries for specialist jobs more than sports and entertainment occupations is the best approach. It is my view that doctors, nurses, and teachers should be paid the same as celebrities do.
