It is thought by some that certain sports can be life-threatening but they are still really popular among people. From my perspective, extreme sports can help to develop emotional resilience, but it does not mean that they are safe.
Extreme sports are widely popular, due to emotions which they make people feel. Hard-working people are often look for ways to relieve stress, and activities like that can be really helpful. Doing some dangerous activities individuals experience adrenaline rush, which can make them feel more alive and control their feelings afterwards. However, that kind of sport can be really traumatic and lead to different health problems.
To make those activities at least a little bit safer some measures can be taken. Firstly, people who take part in extreme activities must be instructed sufficiently. An appropriate safety briefing before the process is the half of success. Moreover, some sports require preparational training, which can last for weeks. Also, participants should be aware of how to provide first aid. For example, my friend got into trouble while he was skiing with his brother. If his brother hadn’t been instructed how to help him, the consequences would have been irreversible. Furthermore, the second crucial thing is that equipment must be perfectly tested and checked, due to its impact on a person’s safety.
In conclusion, some sports can be really dangerous and health-threatening, but some people adore doing them due to their effect on individual’s well-being. However, some rules required before doing them can prevent the conseq
uences.
