Nowadays, a large number of children express their preference for watching some online cartoons on the TV compared to spending spare time on outdoor or creative activities. This trend can be ascribed to a number of reasons and it should be addressed in practical ways.

there are several reasons why the group of children are addicted to the virtual videos.one argument in support of this view is that the appealing TV to young adolescents such as vivid imagines or catchy sounds which are the two major encourage them to click on .this is because cartoon shows or actions scenes bring a feeling of excited and stimulated ,as a result they will stay at home and only watch those videos throughout screens so that they won’t play any traditional activities with their friends outside leading to sedentary lifestyle . Another reason can be mentioned is that addicted content with the fast-paced scenes, easily accessible entertainment also motivates them to watch which offers a low effort parallel high stimulation. It is hard to stop at the first episode of a cartoon movie so many innocent kids want to watch long Binge-watching shows. Therefore, it reduces time for other physical or creative tasks.

To tackle this issue, first and foremost, those juniors should be offered a number of stimulating alternatives such as arts, music, role-play, storytelling which is mentally engaging and also physically activating.one possible consequence is more fun with a group or family involvement which pulls children away from screens.Setting feasible limits can be the next solution for this, those kids have to stay within limit screen-time schedule and follow the restrict routine. For a practical example, the 1 hour rule of using smart phones after some outdoor activities should be applied for this new generation in their daily life so that it truly improves the quality of their life.

In conclusion, there are a number of reasons why such children are willing to maintain their habit of watching excessive online content. However, This can be tackled by several remedies including setting limit screen time, allowing to engage in competitions and utilizing educational shows to educate kids.
