It is commonly believed that wealth and material belongings are essential for success. In my point of view, prosperity is not sufficient to reach success and that there are other aspects that will lead to accomplishment than wealth alone.
Although affluence and material belongings provide a convenient lifestyle, some people are successful and satisfied with their life even without them. First of all, financial richness is no guarantee of personal fulfillment. People can also feel accomplished due to their achievements, gained skills and extended knowledge. For instance, a teacher who works with disabled children feels satisfied by seeing children making significant progress in the studying process. Secondly, contribution to society brings the feeling of pleasure and success. Volunteering, protecting the environment and donating helps people feel a sense of accomplishment way stronger than wealth. For example, people donating their blood earn no money at all for this but a sense of fulfillment makes them happy.
Another vital factors of attainment in life are strong personal relationships and life satisfaction. Having a loving person right beside you provides a sense of belonging and emotional support. People with high celery cannot enjoy it in isolation. Being able to spend free time on hobbies (listening to music, art, poetry) makes people feel a sense of fulfillment and enjoyment. A successful person experiences a sense of purpose in their life. These aspects money definitely cannot buy.
In conclusion, although affluence and material belongings do provide a convenient lifestyle, a lot of people value personal fulfillment and contribution to society, as well as, personal relationships and and life satisfaction way stronger than wealth, overall because these aspects have them feel a sense of accomplishment and happiness.
