Many people believe that successful sports professionals earn huge income than the professionals from other sectors while, others feel it is unfair. In my opinion, any person with sufficient skill can earn money irrespective of their profession.
Nowadays, various professionals earn money due to their hardwork and consistency. As competition is increasing day by day we need to be updated and remain consistent in order to overcome various challenges in our profession. Recently, sports is becoming very competitive due to increase in interests and passion among people. For instance, many people love watching cricket leagues where two teams will be playing and the winning team recieve great deal of money and several prizes. However, other professionals like franchise owner, stakeholders and broadcasters recieve huge rewards based on their efforts.
In other view, many people feel it is unfair because it does not provide equal opportunities in other professions. For example, An doctor earn $20,000 whereas a sportsperson earn $50,000, Generally, people view that doctor earns more than a sportsperson because of their hardwork and dedication when compared to sports.In fact, both professions requires more efforts and practice to get opportunities. Although, it is completely dependent on one’s mindset on what they aim to become. In UK, there are several initiatives taken by government such as “Equal Right- Equal Pension” in order to provide equal opportunities among all professions. This scheme benefited several professionals where they recieve pension based on their social contribution. Thus, every professionals are considered equal irrespective of their positions.
In conclusion, there are various opportunities in the world where any professionals can earn rewards based on their skills and hardwork irrespective of whether they are successful or unsuccesssful.
