In today’s fast-paced world, it is believed that it is vital to allow children to act without dependence and make their own decisions as early as possible. I strongly agree with this statement, as it is not only about being independent but also becoming a fascinating problem-solver.
First and foremost, doing things independently helps children to become independent in life because they always try to act without relying on others. For instance, my little cousin was allowed to make things by himself, and he is completely independent now, and can make a profit even at his 18. Apart from that, they become courageous and cautious as well due to doing extreme activities, which leads to becoming fearless. For example, playing with snakes or jumping from long heights. Thus, if parents enabled their children to do things independently, they would be both independent and brave.
Furthermore, making decisions without relying on people can enhance children’s brain systems, which helps them to be excellent problem-solvers owing to their life experience. Because of the terrible and harsh experience of life in the past, they might learn from their mistakes and easily make choices after all. For instance, I am a superior problem-solver as my parents allowed me to do things on my own, such as whether I had to go to school or not. If parents do not allow them, like me, they will probably become fearful of adopting new changes, which leads to a negative lifestyle.
To sum up, I completely agree with these points mentioned above, as acting independently assists children to be independent in life, become courageous, and be remarkable problem-solvers. Therefore, I would suggest that parents should allow children to do whatever they want and to make tough choices.
