This is because the food items are not accessible to each individual and even if they get access, majority of them cannot be affordable it due to high rate of the items. In regards to this, the prime solution is to subsidize these items with equal distribution in all parts of the world.
Striving for food due to hunger is undeniably a major concern which is contributed by unaffordability driven by inflation. In other words, every individual have different economic status and not everyone can buy food items in the same price which the rich people consume.
