Nowadays, many people assume young people should follow the traditions of their society but others think they should be free to behave as individuals. In my view, I assume both of these views are good.
On the one hand, Being free to behave as individuals of young people allows them to increase creativity and openness. They can free to explore and learn what they need to develop themselves.For example, Bill Gates, who dropped out of school, normally finishes university before going to work, but he dropped out of school to work because he felt he had enough knowledge. Free behavior helps them improve themself and develop some skills such as: confidence, dare to change, creativity. Therefore, allowing young people to behave freely will promote social development.
On the other hand, many people assume young people should be free to behave as individuals. It will help preserve culture,society…Traditions help people connect with history and develop society. Each family has its own tradition, if people understand about their family tradition then the bond between them and their family will be strong. Therefore, tradition is very important with young people.
