I mostly agree with this idea because education is very important for everyone and it can help a country grow. However, there are also some arguments against it.

Firstly, everyone should have equal rights to education. When people are educated, they can read, write, and use numbers, which are essential skills in today’s world. This basic education can help them get better jobs and improve their living conditions. Moreover, more educated people can help a country develop and prosper. They can contribute to the economy and create new ideas that can lead to innovation. For example, if more people are educated, they can start businesses and provide jobs for others, which helps reduce poverty.

On the other hand, some people argue that it would be better if only gifted individuals were entitled to free education. They believe that not everyone will benefit from education, and it may waste resources. Additionally, students will not appreciate and value education if it is free. If education is given without any cost, some students may take it for granted and not put in enough effort. This can lead to a situation where the quality of education decreases because students are not motivated to learn.

In conclusion, while there are some valid points against giving free education for up to six years in developing countries, I believe that the benefits outweigh the drawbacks.
