Although there are some drawbacks, like occasional delivery issues or unexpected extra charges, I believe the benefits far outweigh the dark sides.

For example, working mothers or moms on maternity leave can quickly order food, diapers, and other important things online. Also, older people who find it hard to go outside also can buy what they need without leaving their houses. This helps save time and makes life more comfortable. That’s why I believe online shopping is very useful for many people.
One problem with online shopping is the risk of personal data being stolen. When shopping online, we often have to share vulnerable information like credit card details, which can be unsafe ourselves. Another issue is that the quality of the products may not always match what was promised in pictures. If the product is damaged or not as expected, returning it can be stressful and take a lot of time. This process can also cost extra money, causing frustration for the buyers.
