It is argued that for a nation to thrive in the future, it is necessary to invest greater resources to younger generations. I agree with this notion consider the youth’s vital role in the future workforce and their learning capacity. However, the best way to invest resources can be conducted in school fundings.
To commence with, there are two main motives to this trend. First, the foremost rationale for my support for the government paying more attention to young people is the fact that they will be their country’s future workforce. This is because youngsters will contribute their knowledge and skills for the country’s economic growth, so if they are provided with trainings and academic qualifications, they will play a crucial role in the labor market in the future. In addition, young generation has the ability to learn very quickly. In comparison to older generations, young individuals tend to be more open-minded and enthusiastic in learning, enabling them to acquire new knowledge effectively and adapt to various learning environments flexibly.
Nevertheless, government should raise more school fundings in order to invest for young learners. In fact, there are many individuals who desire to obtain knowledge but they have financial burden and cannot continue their learning journey. Hence, the government can collaborate with schools to organize events and workshops that encourage student’s learning stimulation. For example, many corporations are cooperating with educational institutions to establish fundings for students who are living below the poverty line to foster them continue their educational progress. As a result, adolescents regardless ages and economical backround can have a chance to participate in gaining knowledge in schools.
In conclusion, it is irrefutable that the young could receive greater investment as they will become the main labour force and are more capable in learning. That is why governments should develop a master plan to decide on the adequate amount of resources for educational financing
