One approach that may help employees focus more on their jobs is providing them with flexible working hours. I will explain my position in greater detail within this essay.
At the outset, companies can give their employees a chance to complete some tasks remotely a few times a month as an experiment to see how it will affect productivity. This will assist in customizing the flexible work hours strategy to accommodate a larger portion of the employee base. Although allowing employees to work from home or any alternative location does increase their happiness, it does not solve the problem of rural remote working, where work-life balance is hard to achieve.

This will result in increased employee autonomy and improve employee satisfaction. On the other hand, having opportunities for career advancement for employees can help improve employee motivation and satisfaction. In this case, employers may provide training programs, mentoring, and internal job promotions as steps in a person’s career to keep them motivated.
