This essay agrees with given statement and believe that this practice will attract students towards exercise and training methods and would also benefits their understanding of balance diet and physical health.
Firstly, early childhood education to boost physical and mental health is an imperative as young generation interested more into indoor sitting games compared to the outdoor physical activities. In field games like football, basketball and running activities are not only advantageous for health but also increase social ability of children. When young kids start to participate in physical training classes, they will learn how to make themselves fit and active all the time. As a result, it will become a habit when it continues for longer period of time which leads to boost the overall health.
Secondly, when school syllabus consists of classes like Personal training, yoga and dietary practices sessions where each individual can learn about new technique and diet plan, it will provide theoretical and practical knowledge to students, and they can imply those area of expertise into their and someone closer’s life. Dietary plan like calories control based on physical exercise would be the area of expertise which might help them to choose even future career as a gym trainer or dietary planner later in life. For example: To become food expert or any physical trainer, one has to go through series of new tests multiple times, but it can be avoided with the inclusion of physical classes in school curriculum.
