One prominent view point suggests that to make the number of health problems decrease, stimulating having nutritious diet and exercises is the optimal way. From my point of view, I am not a proponent of this idea since lowering environmental pollution can also solve this problem as well as the mentioned idea.
Without a shadow of a doubt, a balanced diet and exercise on a daily basis are of the essence to prevent diseases. There is a justifiable reason to note that consuming unhealthy and unsafe food regularly, along with being less active, can directly weaken the immune system of people. To be specific, hamburgers or pizzas can be cited as some fast foods which can cause to diabetes and several cardiovascular problems. Due to this, having a low fat diet and taking up physical activities are necessary to make the dominance of health issues decrease.
An another far-reaching alternative would be raising awareness of protecting environment. The explanation for this is that living in a contaminated environment by air pollution can have detrimental effect on citizens’ health, especially respiratory system. To be more particular, major cities such as Ho Chi Minh and Hanoi city in Vietnam, where high levels of air pollution have contributed to a significant increase in respiratory illnesses in recent years. Hence, it is also vital for the government to encourage dwellers to prevent the surroundings from being contaminated.
In conclusion, having healthy lifestyle is not the best way to address the health problems as there is another effective solution which is reducing the contamination of surrounding environment.
