Some view the most proper way to tackle the issue of lowering the rate of incidents within traffic system is throwing an annual driving examination, while others hold the opposite view. There are probably truths in both arguments while in this essay, I will explain my vehemently vantage point towards the former view.
Theoretically, it is effective to require drivers take part in compulsive a driver’s test every year, as a reminder for them to keep up with the latest traffic rules and enhance their skills on mastering the wheels at the same time. No one can deny this policy seems essential under the growing development in motor industry. But one essential fact has been ignored that most of the car accidents is oriented by careless drivers, not unskilled ones.
People can acknowledge the fact from the news that causing a car accident mostly oriented from a subjective judgement of drivers. However, carelessness often leads to accidents in real life. A clear example account for this is if someone mistaken the brake and gas tab, which is one of the easiest levels to pass in a mock test, could also leads to fatal accidents. There are many other key factors that would almost certainly lead to a car crash. Such as outdated mechanical problems, bumpy roads, wild animals rush into the middle of the highway, etc. These elements cannot be solved by simply taking driving simulations nor can be ignored.
In a word, through analyzing all the advantages that having licensed drivers tested regularly can bring, such as more regulated driving. I still do not believe an exam in any kind can truly lower the rate of traffic accidents.
