Many people believe that reduce traffic and transportation problems individials should be encouraged to stay in cities instead of suburbs or rural area. I strongly disagree with this statement because I think that over population is one of the common reason for traffic and transportation problems.
Firstly, traffic and transportation problem have a bad effect on our society as it makes people’s life difficult. If a growing number of individuals live in urban area, they will buy more vehicles, which cause traffic problem. For example, some newly build cities face this problem rapidly because huge number of people come to live in cities from suburbs or countryside. As a result, when people have an emergency, they face traffic and transportation problems.
Secondly, over population alawys bad for a country specially in urban area because it creats a difficulty for individiuals. People who have work or school, they faced traffic on road and sometimes they do not get transportations like bus, taxi on time. For instance, people who live in big cities they face everday delay in works or schools. As a result, a growing number of people loss their job for traffic and transportation problems.
In conclusion, although there are many reasons to encouraged the individuals to live in urban area instead of rural area or subrubs, it is not a perfect reason to solve traffic and transportation problems. That’s why I strongly disagree with this statement and belive that this is a main reason for this traffic and transportan problems.
