In recent years, the brith rate is predicted to begin to decline significantly over the next 50 years has become a growing concern in many developed countries. If this trend continues, it could have a large numbers of negatives effects for both the economy and society. This essay will discuss the effects of this trend and the solutions address it

The several significant effects that fewer people will be working. As the result, fewer individuals can not pay income tax. By 2030, the proportions of polution aged over 65 and over have rose steadily dramatically to more than 30%, this means that some professionals such as healthcare, education and manufacturing will be increasingly labour storage.Therefore, the growth of economic will be slower and lack of products to exports to other countries. In the future, in many countries will have more elderly people over 65 years and over, it leads to higher costs for healthcare and pension..

To tackle this problem, effective measures can be taken by individuals and governments. One of the most importants solutions is to encourage childbrith. This will have promote higher brith rate and improve labour in the future. Morover, developing work places is the way to enhace motivated for young people. Companies may be flexible for young aged to work in part-time jobs or remote. This would increase the size of the workforce and reduce pressure on pension systems. Finally, governmets and bussinesses can also improve policies for both young and elder worker in workplace and retirement benefits. So this will create more opportunities to attract young workers.

In conclusion, although the percentage of elderly people may be increasing several problems, t hese problems can be addressed if governments take appropriate measures, including ehance birthrate and improve pocilies for workers.
