In the early stage, it shows women dominating the fruits and vegetables consumption with 25% in 2001 and reaching the peak of 35% in 2006 before it fell to 30% in the last year. Men, on the contrary, consumed 17% in the first 3 years, then it gradually increased to 27% until 2007 and slightly declined to 26% at the end.
For the young age, it shows the children’s consumption of fruits and vegetables in the UK at 13% between 2001 and 2003. Then it gradually increased to 27% in 2007 before it fell down to 22% in the last year.
