Nowadays, in our world were crime rate increase year by year and government tightens sentences for criminals people consider that death penalty is best way to control the serious crime by enforcement of death. This essay will discuss why death penalty not so good solving of problems as some people think.
Some people think that death punishment is good idea for reducing crime popularity and instill a fear in those who wanted to commit a serious crime. They are think that public execution can become a nice example what will happen if they commit crimes such as murder, lynching, torture or kidnapping. For example, in the middle ages and earlier kings and representatives of government use a public execution against murderer and to traitors the motherland.
However, in the other side death penalty was canceled for a reasons that defendant or otherwise convicted could be innocent and not involved in this crime. It also consider as that fact that they sometimes everyone deserves a second chance, or incidents when human must murderer to protect themselve. For instance, in 20xx defendant which was sentenced to death it became knowen that convicted was very similar to real culprit.
In conclusion, i think that death penalty is not well punishment because a lot of people deserve a second chance and this is does not stop people from crime in example es Iran were punishment for one theft they cut off a hand but crime still increse in this country.
