The new trend of developing new AI products has commenced around the world with the main purpose to get more profit, to eliminate unnecessary processes, enhance company attraction on the market. However, it is the only pinnacle of the glacier, because nobody knows what is in the background of this race. Nowadays we can see fierce competition with AI development and deployment between USA and China with subsequent incursion in the both taken and free market. Big corporations with their government protection completely conquer the internal market and spread their tentacles toward the external markets, even though they have already taken, and suggest the best price to stifle competitors at the root. Everything shows us an absence of the ethical business demeanour, only cold calculation, clear and accurate actions are driven by desire of getting new market shares by greeting corporations.
All this attributed to the fear of losing the leader’s role, lost such valuable resources. This game is played with crooked players, in the background are extortion, bribery and cronyism.
In terms of ethical behaviour, we must have a level playing field, not one-horse race. Any government has to play an active leader role in distributing internal space between players, to be in the driving seat to coordinate and manage ethical demeanour, protect internal social standards and society interests. Bring to the table the new proposal and cooperate with corporations for mutual benefits.
Anyway, the second cold war has started in the face of AI, where AI will serve as a main tool of pinpointing who has cutting edge position, and who needs to catch up with the leader. It is difficult to anticipate how the situation will develop, however before getting the ball rolling and starting off on the right foot we must thoroughly weigh everything.
