In recent years, the consumption of plastic bags and bottles is dramatically increasing and it is filling our world. The plastic is one of the cheapest and high quality material meanwhile it impacts on environment negatively. In this essay, I aim to discuss about solution of this problem.
In our modern world, variety of plastic products are used by every individuals in daily life such as a plastic bag, cups, bottles and other things. It has been acknowledged that the plastic waste do not absorb to the soil easily and it lasted to several hundred years. It negatively impacts on nature, animals and human’s health. There are some solutions for this problem.
The government consider plastic waste problems and increase inspection and standardization of production and usage. Also, increase plastic product’s tax and encourage replace another organic harmless materials instead of plastic materials. In recent CNN reports that some manufactories producing disposable materials such as a bag and cup by banana leaf and coconut shell. Another important thing is a tax. In some counties implementing a plastic bag tax and people should pay for each bag 5-10 cents. It is beneficial to reduce unnecessary plastic bag usage and everyone try to use their own bag for shopping.
Finally, improve recycling services and educate population from kindergarten or elementary school. Teach them how a plastic rubbish destroying our world and how to prevent it. In some developed countries reproducing recycling materials well and then they use the rest of the rubbish to produce and make energy.
In conclusion, when all families are taking responsible to rubbish classification and recycling then we could protect our nature and environment. It is not only government’s responsibility, every individual should be responsible to our future.
