A lot of people assumed that automation and artificial intelligence will affect to the changing of the job market. While I agree that, artificial intelligence and automatic processes have certain benefits, I also believe that it has some drawbacks.
On one hand, in the globalized world, people use automation and artificial intelligence in various fields. For instance, job managers have some opportunities related to artificial intelligence use, such as the automatic answers to questions to people and sometimes receiving feedback about the situation they have faced. In addition, people use artificial intelligence as a good source of information for obtain materials which they need for their work. Artificial intelligence programs, such as ChatGPT helps people to reach their aims. For example, people use this program in order to gain information about the different aspects of their work.
On the other hand, despite some benefits, drawbacks of automatic processes and artificial intelligence outweigh its advantages. By using the non-human intelligence for work, people tend to be less responsible about their work. For instance, if job managers receive help from artificial intelligence programs in certain situation, it makes job managers to rely on the non-human intelligence more than individuals. However, it might result with negative consequences. This is mainly because, there are some jobs which are definitely require humanitarian aspects, because it involves emotional sides. That’s way, all sides of human and non-human intelligence in the work must be considered by job managers.
In conclusion, although there are a lot of beneficial aspects of artificial intelligence and automatic processes, I believe human intelligence and work always will be more essential in job market.
