Nowadays, some people believe that the proliferation of food allows people to try various cuisines from around the world, while others argue that it negatively affects local food traditions and culture. I fully support the availability of cuisines, as it promotes cultural exchange, enrichment, and innovation in local cuisines.
One of the main reasons why I oppose this idea is that cultural exchange and enrichment. This is because exposure to global cusines broadens people’s palates and enhances their understanding of other cultures. For example, sushi and pizza has become a global favorite, sparking interest in Japanese and Italian not only culinary but also cultural traditions. As a result, it could lead to closer relations amongst the countries.
Furthermore, fusion of internstional cuisines that connect two or more countries may result in innovation of local culture and kitchen. This factor is vital because international influences inspire fusion dishes that rejuvenate traditional cooking methods. A good example of this is korean-Mexican tacos combine traditional kimchi with Mexican tortillas, appealing to a global audience.May give rase on food divercity and in local industry.
In conclusion, although there are arguments on both sides, I strongly agree with accessibility of cuisines, as it provide (mutual cultural and culinary fusion).
