Nowadays, the issue of family support is actively discussed among the political circles. Officials are considering the option of the infant-care allowances for the working parents. This idea has positive aspects, such as growth of the effectiveness and work-life balance maintenance, and negative, like overburdening the state budget and stimulating people to uncontrolled child birth giving. This essay will give a detailed analyses of the possible outcomes of these payments.

On the one hand, regular payments would definitely increase the KPI of employees. Modern human is under the stress of the different background, including family issues. Parents struggle to plan their budget in accordance with inflation and needs of their infants. Parental allowances will ease the budget family and the worker can fulfill his job duties on time, knowing that the spouse is with their child. For example, a person with solved financial issues can have more time and energy to perform his duties. Moreover, such financial support helps the working person to take the time for work and family effectively. As it was mentioned above, the urban atmosphere and excessive busyness forces people to sacrifice their personal time to work. As a result, person is one-step away from the burnout. Having the extra finance, employee will escape the extra stress and share their free time with children.

On the other hand, such policy might overload the budget. Social policy doesn’t generate any incomes and is only about expenditures. Eventually it can lead to the increase of the tax rates or decreasing the funding of other sectors. In addition, such policy is risky due to the fact, that people may overuse such benefits and may live only on allowance.

To sum up, the idea of public funding of the parents to upbring their children is sceptic. But I believe, this policy would benefit hugely in the future.
