Participating in sports and art activities is essential for children, and some people believe that governments should provide financial support in order to develop this sphere rather than promoting its professional area for the public. However, I personally think that it is not right to reduce sponsoring professional sports and art events, as it exerts a significant influence on the economy and motivates athletes or painters to improve their performance.
To start with, it is not a secret that sports and art events collect huge sums of money at present because of its popularity among the public. People who are actually interested in some sports are ready to purchase expensive tickets to receive an access to visit some mathes or art galleries. Individuals do not only have an interest in the process but also a passion for the personalities that are famous for their skills, achievements or other features. In addition, there are so many paintings and sculptures which values are evaluated for enormous prices. For example, Mona Lisa, the portrait that was drawn in ancient times, now costs millions of dollars and it is currently laying in the national museum of Paris.
Sponsoring sports and art events encourage sportsmen and art creators to develop and improve their skills in order to show certain results. They need to be excellent at their activities, because for most of them it is a job that maintain everyday life. By presenting their abilities, the income will be grow as well as the popularity of them which means that individuals who do sport or drawing are motivated to try ver hard. Moreover, conducting such events help the world find and reveal the talents that cannot become well-known because of particular reasons.
In conclusion, although it is argued that countries should invest in sports and art for children, I believe that professional domains are more beneficial in terms of money and development.
