Note: Both the topic and the essay were created by one of our users.

The trend of online shopping is increasing at swift rate, and individuals have doubt in their mind that this change may lead to closure of all shops in the cities and towns. Nevertheless, I disagree with this notion because still people like to purchase things from the stores. Thus, the local market play a significant role in everyone’s life. We will discuss these here.

First and foremost, department stores and small shops are still important owing to the fact that they are an integral part of the city, where people like to go with family, friends to buy products they require and to spend leisure time with them. As a result, these things may cause lowering the fatigue, stress level, creating happy moments and good bond between them. In addition, they clicked photographs and give opinion to each other what to purchase or what not. For instance, clothes, footwear, jewelry, and so on.

Moreover, city shops are crucial for maintaining the growth of visitors on various tourist spots, where they purchase local handcrafted items a souvenirs and gifts for their near one. Also, these shopping enhance the curiosity and enthusiasm among travelers. Furthermore, not everyone is educated and effluent enough in this world. For example, impecunious people fulfill their needs by purchasing the necessary items from local shops. Most importantly, these local businesses flourish the economy of nation.

Conclusion, there is no doubt that people are gravitating toward online shopping, but small local shops have their own importance. These points give us surety that online shopping is not detrimental for city shops.
