Nowadays, online shopping has become increasingly popular all over the world, leading to some concerns that traditional shopping will eventually disappear from cities or countries. While it is obvious that online shopping has a myriad of advantages, I do not agree that this can replace ordinary shopping for some reasons.
To begin with, although online stores are doing a better job, there is still a lack of trust issues also, some problems related to the size, quality, and color of products. These factors tend people to lose their interest as well as be more engaged in the local shops. Furthermore, from some customers’s perspectives, walking on e-websites or looking for an item is just a waste of time when local stores exist which, give a broad variety of products.
On the other hand, many people still tend to buy products in person-shopping such as in Bershka, New Yorker, Zara, etc, and, this will continue to exist in the next years. Moreover, shopping is considered a social activity that some elderly or young individuals can take advantage of it, It allows people to spend time with friends or members of the family while browsing the aisles of a store. Furthermore, some other products cannot be provided online such as fresh fruits, meat, and bread. As a result, it indicates that there will be always a need for physical stores to provide these goods and services
To sum up, even though e-trade is becoming more popular these days, it is not believed that traditional stores are going to lose their values or clients if they serve a great quality of service as well as more needed items I do agree with this statement and believe that clients will never leave their traditionary bargains.
