In considering the head of the village committee, they are in dilemma whether to build a cinema hall or a cultural hall because of tight budget. Before building a hall, it is essential to know the benefits and drawbacks of each option. The committee should make a decision that would have a long term impact.

In my opinion, the cultural hall would be more beneficial because cinema hall only provides enjoyment but cultural hall provides information about other cultures can become familiar with their neighbors. It encourages creativity and expression among the people. Furthermore, it preserves the ancestors social values,making it sustainable investment for the future.
