The line graph illustrates the weight of exhaustion on 4 categories of meat in a European country between 1973 and 2004. The categories include chicken, beef, lamb, and fish. The measure unit is gram.
Overall, the trends of beef, lamb, and fish were constantly decreased; conversely, the trend of chicken was steadily increased. There was an interesting intersection happened in 1989, which the number of beef was a little more than chicken.
Firstly, in 1979 to 1989, it was obvious that beef, and lamb had a similar pattern; therefore, they dramatically declined at the beginning, which stood at nearly 160 and 120. After 1989, both of them gradually dropped from 200, and 100 to 130, and 60 in 2004.
Ultimately, the consumption of chicken, and fish was totally different. In 1974, chicken was rapidly climbed from approximately 130; furthermore, rose to the top in 2040, in which accounting for around 250. In contrast, the figure of fish was stable respectively, which was marginally reduced from 60 grams to 49.
