In this decade of modernization, individuals are more interested to shifting from rural areas to urban areas. The main causes of their problems are lack of job opportunities in the sub-urbans and better employments in the cities, the most viable solutions are developing the economy of country sides and creating more field of works outside of the major cities.
Lacking of better jobs in the rural areas are the main factor of this type of problem. In our country, most of the people who lived in the rural areas are depend on farming or agricultural works. But currently there is not enough job opportunities in villages. In adittion, peoples are getting more jobs in the Major cities. Mainly, Mills and Factories are situated in the town areas, which is why mans are more interested to shifting to municipalities. For example, when a people livies in the village he do not have options to do job, or securing their future career, in that case they are forced to shift in Urban areas.
If we are able to grow the economic condition of the country side we can defeat this type of situations. Because if we are able to create job opportunities in the rural areas, people’s seekness of going to the city will be decreased. And also creating more field of works will develop the infrastructure of rural side. For this, people will be staying at their own land and will be desparate to develop their career in their house. For example, if Mills and Factories are migrated to rural areas, locals will get more options for their livelihood.
In conclusion, the lack of job opportunities in the sub-urbans is forcing everyone to migrate for better employments in the cities. However, it can be addressed through developing the economy of country sides and creating more field of works outside of the major cities.
