There is a heated debate over whether people believe working hard is to make more money. Although some believe making money is the only motivation to work hard, I strongly hold the view that there are more reasons to inspired people to dedicate themselves to their jobs.
In my opinion, some people think working hard is to earn more money because they do not have a correct understanding of their jobs. Firstly, they just focus on their financial success and personal success, they only want to finish their work and go back to home to relax. It is normal for most Chinese workers. Secondly, most of them do not like their jobs at all because they believes that working is just a way to earn money. Finally, and most significantly, their family have economic pressure so they need to earn more money to support their family.
On the other hand, I totally agree with that work is not just about making money. First of all, I believe that work is a part of our lives. We should try to enjoy our work. Secondly, there are more important things in our lives, such as our family members. People who working hard is to make their family to have a better life in the future. Thirdly, people awareness the meaning of their life. Finally, we should to change our perspective on work and improve our work enthusiasm.
In conclusion, although some people believe work is just a way to earn money. I am of the opinion that work is not just for making money, it has more important reasons.
