Development of technologies cause the growing demand of freelance workplaces. One of greatest benefits of such kind of job might be establishment of comfortable working schedule, but this can be followed by problems with social interaction as a drawback. Even thought working without leaving a home is gaining popularity, i believe this option of earning money is not suitable for a number of professionals whose work involve their direct presence.
A free and controlable timetable appears to be one of the most important reasons why people choose such kind of job. Not only can they control their working hours to make them more suitable, but also generally able to decide whether they will work today or not. Individuals who prefer to work late at night instead of starting early in the morning can make this preferation true, working on freelance. But such working conditions also have negative sides, and the absence of communication might be possible drawback. Being isolated, human being get used to loneliness, and need for social interaction may lead to increased anxiety and other psychological diseases.
Despite a number of positive points, there are profession which require a presence on a workplace. This involve builders, medical workers and other specialists, whose work cannot be done from home. For instance, if electors worked online, there would not be possible to construct something at all, since their job directly involves their hand labour. As for the doctors, treating patients on freelance would be ineffective and morally inappropriate, leading to a huge spread of illnesses. Therefore, professions involving manual labour and communication with people seem for me to be unapplicable for freelance.
Consequently, working on freelance is considered to be convenient because of its flexible shedule, but possible psychological damage also should be taken into account. Regardless of huge spread of such jobs, in my opinion not all employment spheres can be performed in the home conditions.
