SAMPLE ANSWER
It is thought that it is better to prevent health issues and sickness instead of trying to treat or cure a person. Therefore, the budget of the government should be allocated to do this. This essay strongly agrees with this suggestion because prevention requires less funding and effort and taking pills have its side effects on bodily organs.
First and foremost, what makes that emphasizing on the prevention in caring for people is that this process saves a significant amount of money and endeavor. This is because you do not have to both buy a range of medicines and visit a doctor regularly to treat a certain illness. Instead, the government and people should collaborate to deal with problems related pollution (water, air, light, noise) and nourish healthy and organic food items. In Samarkand, for example, people who pollute the neighborhood are fined severely and farmers are subsidized if they use no pesticides and insecticides in their crop harvests.
Furthermore, if we heed to the prevention measures, there will be no bad consequences generated from receiving liquids or pills. What I mean by this is that it is true that medicines can cure illnesses and so we rely on them on our daily basis, however, they also have a feature of diminishing of a person’s immune system along with deteriorating health condition of other organs of our body. For instance, according to the suggestions of WHO, it has already been proved that a child grown up consuming a lot of medicines has a lower health degree compared to a child nurtured in a healthy atmosphere without chemical drugs. Hence, it is recommended to avoid post illness procedures in caring for citizens for the light of prevention.
In conclusion, I strongly support the idea that focusing on preventing the illness rather than striving to cure it because it can secure a large amount of money and efforts and it helps people not suffer from bad outcomes of drinking pills.
