The diagram demonstrates the process by which bricks are produced for the building industry. Overall, the process includes seven sequential steps, beginning with the extraction of clay and finishing with the delivery of prepared bricks.
To begin with, clay is dug from the ground with a digger. The clay is then passed through a metal grid, which smashes it into smaller pieces. After that, a conveyor belt delivers it to a roller where it is crushed and shaped. After shaping, water and sand are added and mixed. Afterwards, it is shaped into bricks using a wire cutter.
Next, the bricks are moved to a drying oven for 2 days. Then, the bricks are put in a kiln at a high temperature (200-980°C). In the following stage, the bricks go through the cooling step for 48 hours. At the last step, the bricks are packaged and delivered for use in the construction industry.
