Nowadays, some individuals believe that the main aim of businesses is to earn money and they ought to focus on it. However, in my view, I totally disagree with this point of idea. I think that there are other important factors that should be targeted and I will explain why in my essay.
It is true that earning money is very significant to people’s lives, but I think there are other way to make money and achieve success. For example, who concentrate only gain wealth and who prefer to make happy customers. It is different. Because in my opinion, businesses should not just focus on making money, but also on making their customers happy. When customers are satisfied with the products or services, they are more likely to come back and recommend the business to others. This helps the business grow frequently, making more money in the future.
The second reason why businesses should not focus solely on making money. As if businesses dedicate to only on profit, they might not care about their employees. On the other hand, happy and motivated employees work better and help the company succeed. When businesses treat their employees well, they become more productive, leading to better products or services, and this dramatically increase profits. In addition, businesses should not consider money as their sole purpose is that it may bring down their reputation. In other words, the more businesses join hands to solve practical problems in their community, the higher the reputation they will get, and this will turn better support their commercial activities.
In conclusion, while making money is important for any business, focusing only on profit is not enough for long-term success. A balanced approach is key to achieving both profitability and a positive reputation.
